How often is the software updated and will it affect my data?

Our release also adheres to the Salesforce release cycle, which occurs three times a year in the spring, summer, and winter. We will release after Salesforce so that there are no surprises or incompatibilities. Our release will not affect your existing data.

Which day & time zones do you cover?

We cover Monday to Friday, any time zone. That said, most of our clients prefer 9am to 6pm Eastern Time Zone.
