FAQs

Free edition is always free with no expiration date.

In the free edition, you can use a maximum of three templates (any business document) with any one action. An action is a function that any user can perform on a document. For example, obtaining an eSign, also known as an electronic signature, or a text, a number, and so on from the document’s recipient.

The free edition of OneDoc comes with a maximum of three user licences, one of which is for a guest user. If eSign or any action is used in the document, a user licence is required for the guest user.

A guest user is a person (customer) who performs actions on the document you send through OneDoc, such as eSigning or keying requested data. A licence is not required for a guest user if the generated document is downloaded and emailed or physically delivered to the customer.

Only one licence is required to send documents to one or more customers.

There is no limit to the number of documents that can be created with the free edition.

There is no restriction on using the same action more than once in a document; for example, the same person’s eSign may be required in more than one place in the document. Each document template, however, can only have one action (eSign or any action).

FAQs

Yes, the Free edition can be upgraded to the Flexible or Ultimate editions at any time.

Anyone who creates documents will require licences. This specifically means:
– Reps/Agents: Salesforce users who create Quotes.
– Admins: Salesforce administrators who interact with the application.
– Managers: Those in charge of the approval process.

Aside from the aforementioned, there is a single common licence for Guest users: Customers who receive the document through OneDoc and perform actions (eSign or any data related actions) on the document.

No, all users are counted equally including one common license for guest user.

Licenses are required only for team members who are configuring or initiating document generation. Apart from the aforementioned, one user licence is required for your customers who receive the document for eSign or as part of the document workflow.

Yes, we have customers ranging from 5 to 700 plus user licences. Simply let us know how many licences you require, and we’ll see what we can do to assist.

Unfortunately, we bill annually, the same way you pay for Salesforce!

Our success is dependent on your success. OneDoc is designed to be simple for a Salesforce administrator to set up, but we are always available to answer questions and, for Premier Support customers, we can go the extra mile to help you get things running smoothly.

Yes, we do offer discounts to non-profit organizations. Please contact us for more details.
